The second volume of “TK’s Mellow Treasures”, “Mellow Fusion from Marlin”. This is the second volume of the “TK’s Mellow Treasures” series, “Mellow Fusion from Marlin,” a collection of AOR, fusion, and mellow soul treasures buried in Miami/T.K. Productions, supervised by music writer Hisakazu Kanazawa, and released on paper jacket CD! The long-awaited second volume in the series is a reissue of a previously unreleased mellow fusion album from Marlin, a label known for the solo albums by Ralph McDonald and John Tropay, etc.! This is the first CD release of an album by William Solter, who is popular among fusion fans for having founded the music publishing company “Antisia” with Ralph MacDonald, who passed away at the end of 2011, and for having released a number of masterpieces! The rhythm section features Steve Gadd (ds), Anthony Jackson (b), and Ralph McDonald (perc), with Eric Gale and Hugh McCracken on guitar, Richard Tee on keyboards, and Eddie Daniels on horns, for a genuine New York recording/fusion/mellow sound. /This is a masterpiece of the mellow sound, and is finally available on CD in paper jacket!
