The Cure’s ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ is from the band’s debut album, ‘Three Imaginary Boys’. It went on to become one of the band’s signature tracks and achieved success in 1986, when Robert Smith re-recorded the vocal and remixed the backing track. Released on vinyl for the first time it includes the 7″ version of ‘Boys Don’t Cry (New Voice – New Mix)’, now retitled ‘Boys Don’t Cry (86 Mix)’.
