[This is the first and only solo piano work by Ryo Fukui since “Mellow Dream”, which was released on CD in 1994 and has been highly acclaimed but has long been out of print. The selection of songs is a delight for fans, including “Scenery,” “MellowDream,” and other representative Fukui songs, “Voyage” and “Nord,” which were written on a trip to the north, and “Nobody’s,” which expresses his respect for Barry Harris, who he looks up to as his mentor. Recorded at The Lutheran Hall, Sapporo, Japan, June 4-5, 1994, and digitally remastered in 2021. New commentary included. Supervision and commentary by Yusuke Ogawa.
