[Beethoven 250th Anniversary SA-CD – SHM Specifications] To commemorate the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, three Beethoven works conducted by Karajan have been released on SA-CD for the first time. The Overtures, recorded 50 years ago on the occasion of Beethoven’s bicentennial birthday, contains a total of 11 pieces, two CDs worth, on a single SA-CD. DSD masters produced at Emil Berliner Studios in Germany from the original Deutsche Grammophon masters. Single layer. Japan original project.
