The newly developed StepX-JET dual-concentric driver with integrated JET5c ribbon tweeter by ELAC is the most eye-catching. With the patented DRC (Directivity Control Ring) technology, the ratio between direct and diffused sound can be adjusted to the acoustic environment and the listening position by means of three supplied, differently shaped, magnetic attachments.
18 cm woofer for deepest bass
The XR (eXtended Range) bass driver with AS (Aluminium Sandwich) with crystal cone offers bass reproduction down to 34Hz. Even much larger floorstanding loudspeakers can bite into that.
