After collaborating on a number of live performances since the release of “It is, it isn’t” in 2014, Chihei Hatakeyama and Hakobune have finally completed their second collaborative album. The album, titled “The fall rises,” is as simple yet profound as its title suggests, with a poetic narrative that is both symbolic and abstract.
