Jack McDuff, who is said to have left behind more than 50 albums as a leader, has surpassed all other organists in terms of richness, and his labels range from jazz labels such as Blue Note and Prestige to Atlantic and Sugar Hill, a famous early hip-hop label. But when asked, “What is the best-selling and best-loved album of all time? Most fans would probably agree that the best-selling and best-loved album of all time is “Live! recorded in 1963. It features McDuff (organ), Red Holloway (saxophone), George Benson (guitar), and Joe Dukes (drums). McDuff’s own band produced many greats, including Grant Green, Kenny Burrell, Pat Martino, Melvin Sparks, Cornell Dupree, and Harold Vick, but the heat and popularity of the band during this period, also known as “The Heating System,” was exceptional. The band was also known as “The Heating System,” and its popularity was exceptional.And Prestidge’s side must have thought that a live recording of the group’s much-acclaimed performance would make for a great production.
