Big Daddy Wilson, a powerful blues and soul singer currently active in Europe, is back with a new album. This time, he returned to his hometown of Memphis, USA, and recorded at his Bessie Blue Studio and Fame Studio in Muscle Shoals, with Grammy winner Jim Gaines as producer. Backed by the terrific Laura Chavez on guitar and Dave Smith on bass, the band’s deep, heartwarming, soulful vocals are heard to the fullest. Most of the songs consist of his own original compositions, showcasing his songwriting ability as well.
