In the Exxceed Integrated, the essence of 20 years of Trigon’s experience in amplifier construction is realised – this is a timeless classic and thoroughly modern at the same time.

We have conceived a classically complex analogue dual mono design and combined this with access to five high-resolution digital sources, and now including a full USB/DSD module (USB HiRes Audio PCM 384kHz 32bit/DSD 64, 128, 256)  in addition to four analogue sources.

In this way, we have encapsulated world class performance with painstaking development and huge attention to every design detail.

This combined with the ‘true-to life’ reproduction of all music’s subtleties, creates and incredibly authentic and addictive musical experience. 

The Trigon Exxceed MKII really has all the audiophile boxes ticked, with a quite beautiful clarity, mated to a bass that turns on a sixpence and huge air and space between individual instruments and voices.

The enthralling soundstage can be enjoyed not only through the connected speakers of choice, but also through headphones due to the very high end integrated headphone amplifier – this is a bespoke and dedicated design offering the headphone listener huge levels of performance in a conveniently located front panel socket.

The Exxceed Integrated is presented in a timelessly elegant housing made of solid aluminium and steel without visible screws. The housing architecture with its selectable surfaces – anodized, nextel-coated or chrome-plated – not only allows adaptation to the individual ambiance, but also protects the highly amplified audio signals with technical features such as the sandwich construction of the housing cover and the Trigon vibration absorber feet from sound damaging influences by microphony.

The symmetrically arranged controls of source selection on the left and volume on the right, are the Trigon standard and allow for ease of use for the main function.

The beautiful TFT display, which can be switched off and configured individually in colour, clearly shows all operating states and operating functions.

In the menu mode, which can be selected via touch function, both controllers have a second function: select left, set right. For example, the balance, the level of the inputs, their names or the various filters of the integrated digital-to-analogue converter.

Of course, the most important functions of the Exxceed can also be controlled with the optionally available Trigon Director Premium infrared system remote control.

The wonderful clarity of the design and the ease of operation combine beautifully the aesthetic demands of the modern household whilst keeping everything intuitive for everyday use. The incredibly high quality of the external appearance is a reflection of the technical design and engineering know-how that lies within.
