:
[Deutsche Grammophon Rare Disc PREMIUM] A gorgeous sound picture scroll “Scheherazade” is performed in the late 70’s in the mature period of stereo recording! Ozawa also has a 1969 EMI recording with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a 1993 DECCA (former Philips) recording with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, both of which are fascinating recordings that allow us to hear the individuality of the orchestra and the fullness of Ozawa’s talent at that period of his career. Both of these recordings are fascinating recordings in which the character of the orchestra and the fullness of Ozawa at that time can be heard.
